9.What if I am not available on my delivery date?
After two failed delivery, your parcel will be return to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.
10.Can I exchange or return the bags if they are not fit?
Yes, we are glad to accept your exchange or returning. Please email us about the unfit in 48 hours after receiving the bags.
11.What if my items are faulty?
